How do I retrieve my DxDiag?
Solution
To be able to retrieve a DxDiag, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to your Windows Desktop. Click on Start.
2. Click on Run. Type in "dxdiag" and click OK (In Vista or 7, type "dxdiag" in the search field).
3. Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to fully load, and then select "Save all Information" button, (located in the bottom right-hand corner of the window).
4. Save as "dxdiag(YourLoginName).txt" to your desktop.
5. Attach "dxdiag(YourLoginName).txt" to your email response or customer support ticket.
