Why am I experiencing lag?
Solution
Please rest assured that True Games is always working to improve lag and disconnection issues that may occur on our end, however; to ensure things are running as smoothly as possible on your end, please first make sure you have all the ports necessary to play Warrior Epic open. They are as follows:
Lobby System: TCP-7788, Game Servers: UDP-10000, 10001, 10002, 10003, 10004, 10005, File Downloader: TCP-23, 80, 8088, 8888
Additionally, you will want to disable UPLOAD in your user options. To do this:
- Login to Warrior Epic and click on the wrench in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
- After clicking on the wrench, select Options from the menu.
- In your game settings, look for ‘Enable Upload’ and make sure the box is NOT checked.
- Click OK at the bottom and resume gaming.
If you are unable to get far enough into the login process to be able to get into the options menu then you may need to reinstall your game client.
You must first uninstall the current version of Warrior Epic, and then remove any folders left in your directory after uninstalling.
