Character Sale | Gold Not Delivered

Details
"The present box appeared in my screen a while after I sold my character on the Item Shop, but I didn't get my gold."
Please note that the appearance of the present box does not necessarily mean that you sold the character. The present box also appears upon the expiration of a character sale. Make sure to check your Warrior Hall to ensure that the character was not returned to you.
If you did not get the character or gold from the sale, please submit an email to
support@warriorepic.com
with the following details:
* Your in game Display Name
* The name, level, and class of the character you attempted to sell
* The date you posted the character for sale
