There are several answers to this very popular question. In order to properly fix your issue, we need some more details. Please send
support@warriorepic.com
with the following answers:
1) Where did you download the game (please provide the actual link you used)
2) Where are you located?
3) Are you from any of our channels (such as ijji, or level up)?
4) What Operating System are you running?
5) What is your Account Name, Display Name, or registered email? (At least one is needed to locate your account details)
This will help us get a better sense of what your problem is, and how we can fix it together.
